New Delhi (India), April 25: Public Affairs Forum of India (PAFI), the professional resource for public affairs practitioners in the country, today announced its new office bearers for the year 2022-23.
Vice President of PAFI for 2021-22, Mr. Virat Bhatia took over as the President of PAFI for 2022-23 with immediate effect from Dr. Subho Ray who completed his tenure as the President of PAFI for 2021-22.
Dr. Subho Ray, the outgoing President of PAFI and President of Internet and Mobile Association of India said “Healthcare and well-being, Information and Biotechnology, Electric Vehicles and reconfigured supply chains especially in electronics manufacturing – these are the areas where our expectations laid last year. Public health continues to be a major concern, technology and electric vehicles saw significant advances even as pandemic-induced disruptions in the supply chains were further compounded by geo-political tensions. Role of public affairs function is also evolving accordingly”.
Mr. Tanmoy Chakrabarty, Group Government Affairs Officer, Tata Sons Private Limited is the new Vice President of PAFI. Ms. Vinita Sethi, Senior Vice President & Chief Public Affairs at the Apollo Hospitals Group is the new Secretary, and Ms. Deepshikha Dharamraj, Chief Executive Officer of BCW India Group is the new Treasurer.
